Stretching

This week has been a light workout week.  The knee is still a little sore hopefully from overuse and some lower back pain.  Lots of ice, heat, soaking and stretching.  I find when I stretch my running performance is much better.  Problem is I just don’t do enough.  After running 10 miles, sometimes you just don’t feel like stretching afterwards.  I think sometimes it’s just a time issue for me.  So, I’m making a better effort to stretch and take care of those knees.
