Last weeks mileage logged 14.22. Incorporated kettle bells into the routine as well. If you are looking for a challenging weight routine try the kettle bell workout. I stayed away from them for a long time, just using the machines or other free weights. I finally broke down and gave it a try. It was an amazing workout and I felt it a couple of days after I was finished! It was much easier on my back and I didn’t feel the strain I normally feel because I don’t fit the machine – lol. Yes, I’m 5’4″, so even on the smallest setting sometimes the machines don’t fit. No doubt, I’ll be keeping this routine.
