Last week I did my calculations and forgot to add my Thursday run (1 August) in my stats for 1-3 August and mistakenly added the speed workout for the 31st of July in the 1 – 3 August stats – I’ll pick that mileage up in the overall stats for this week.
A good workout week for me. Ran/walked a total of 15.06 miles with 1:15 hours of yoga on Tuesday. Excited to have 10,699.94 miles remaining.
